Courier Service

  • We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and on time.

  • Deliveries are made directly to the address provided at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

  • Outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier availability.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Gauteng: 1–3 working days

  • Other provinces: 3–5 working days

  • Pre-orders or special orders may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Delivery Costs

🚚 Shipping is FREE on all products – no minimum spend required.


2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email.

  • Include clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange courier collection at our cost and send a replacement.

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide courier collection details.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or store credit (see refund note below).

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, we cover all courier fees.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for courier fees.


3. Refund Policy

❌ No Refunds

Everything Women operates on a Non-Refundable Policy.

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once payment has been made, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Refunds mentioned in the returns section (for incorrect/damaged items) will be handled as:

  • Store Credit or

  • Exchange for another item

No monetary refunds will be issued.


4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Size: If the item does not fit, you may exchange it for another available size of the same product.

  • Defective/Damaged on Arrival: If delivered defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item in perfect condition.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for courier fees for exchanges unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at 061 413 0861 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order details and a photo of the item.

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
